📦 USA Shipping & Returns Policy

🚚 Free Shipping (Within USA Only)

  • Our company is based in Phoenix, USA, and any order shipped with in the United States is considered an local order.
  • Sanskreeti provides FREE standard shipping on all orders within the USA — no minimums or exclusions.
  • Some customers may qualify for upgraded shipping at no charge. Please check the website’s front banner for current promotions.
  • All items are shipped from Phoenix, Arizona, USA.

⚡ Expedited Shipping

  • We ship anywhere in the United States, including US territories, military APO/FPO addresses, and Canada.
  • Available shipping speeds:
    • 4–5 business days
    • 2–3 business days
    • 1–2 business days
  • For Canada: please allow an additional 2–6 business days for delivery.
  • Orders to P.O. boxes, US territories, or military APO/FPO addresses will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • Delivery dates are subject to order cut‑off times and carrier delays.

🔄 Free 30‑Day Returns (Within USA Only)

  • All items ship from Phoenix, Arizona, USA.
  • Return shipping from anywhere in the USA is always FREE, provided the return policy is not misused.
  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided upon request.
  • If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return qualifying items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Returns must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Items not meeting these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

⚠️ Return Policy Notes

  • Sanskreeti reserves the right to charge return shipping/restocking fees for policy misuse (e.g., wardrobing, excessive returns, returning used/obsolete items).
  • Because our items are fragile, unnecessary returns place a burden on our small business.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Please allow 2–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process.
  • Use original or similar‑sized packaging when returning items.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery.
  • Up to 40% restocking fees may apply for used or damaged products.
  • Outbound shipping charges paid by the customer are non‑refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping insurance (prepaid labels do not include insurance).
  • Items returned as defective will be reviewed. If confirmed defective due to use or manufacturing, a 100% refund will be issued.
  • No refunds or exchanges after 30 days (exceptions may apply).
  • Silver utensils and silver idols must not be used to qualify for returns — no exceptions.

🛑 Order Cancellation (Before Shipment – USA Only)

  • If you need to cancel a local order (within the United States), please contact us immediately at swati@sanskreeti.com.
    We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests received before the order has shipped.
  • 👉 There is no charge for cancelling local orders scheduled for shipment within the United States.

🌍 International Orders & Cancellation Policy

International Returns Policy

  • No returns accepted for international shipments.
  • Damaged items delivered during shipping will be processed only through insurance claims.
  • No refunds or exchanges for international shipments.

🧾 Sales Tax

  • Sales tax is collected only for Arizona (AZ) shipping addresses.
  • Appropriate sales tax charges will be added to your merchandise total at checkout.
