We’re proud to offer worldwide shipping! Please review our international order policies below. Our company is based in Phoenix, USA, and any order shipped outside the United States is considered an international order.

Order Processing

International orders are processed through our provider Managed Markets to ensure accurate duty and tax calculations, secure payment processing, and reliable delivery to your country.

Cancellation Policy for International Orders

Before Shipment: If you need to cancel your international order, please contact us immediately at swati@sanskreeti.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests received before the order ships. Please note that transaction fees for international orders are non-refundable, even if the order is canceled before shipment. Cancellations before shipment  are subject to a minimum transaction charge of 6.5% of the order value. 

After Shipment: Once your international order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our international Returns & Exchanges policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

• No returns accepted for international shipments.
• Damaged items delivered during shipping will be processed only through insurance claims.
• No refunds or exchanges for international shipments.
• Please note that duties and taxes cannot be refunded once an order has been shipped

All duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. These fees are prepaid, so you won't face any surprise charges upon delivery. Please note that duties and taxes cannot be refunded once an order has been shipped.
