At Sanskreeti, we provide FREE standard shipping on ALL orders to all over USA – no minimums or exclusions! Some customers may qualify for upgraded shipping at no charge check website front banner for current shipping promotions. All items are shipped from Phoenix, Arizona, USA only 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

We ship anywhere in the United States, and to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses and Canada. We offer 3 shipping speeds: 4-5 business days, 2-3 business days, and 1-2 business day. Expedited shipping for Canada; please allow 2-6 day additional time for your order to arrive to these locations. Orders to P.O. boxes, US territories or military APO/FPO addresses will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery dates are subject to order cut-off times or carrier delays.

 

FREE 30-DAY RETURNS*

Return shipping from anywhere in the United States is always FREE as long as return policy is not MISUSED* and return prepaid shipping label provided on request. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Sankreeti, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase – no catches or exceptions! Returns must be unworn with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. Apple to Apple Lowest price guarantee available for instore or online with in USA only. Sanskreeti reserve the right to charge return shipping / restocking fees at its discretion for return policy misuse (e.g. Wardrobing, or wear, purchasing multiple items with the intent to return some or all, returning an item after depleting product life, returning an obsolete item that can no longer be used or sold). Please note all our items are fragile items and unnecessary returns huge burden to our small business bottom line.

Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, we will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.

Please use original packaging or similar size packaging for return and item must be returned with 30 days from date of delivery.
All Good product must be returned in original condition and Must not be USED. Up to 40% restocking fees may apply for Used / Damaged return products. Any out bound shipping charges paid by customer is not refundable.
Customer is responsible for Return item insurance , prepaid return shipping label from Sanskreeti does not include return shipping insurance.
Items returned as Defective will be reviewed AT RETURN AND IF FOUND Defective DURING USE AND / OR MANUFACTURING DEFECT. SHALL BE PROCEESSED for 100% REFUND.
No refund or exchange after 30 days of delivery (Exception applies).
SILVER UTENSILS & SILVER IDOLS MUST NOT BE USED TO BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURNS (NO EXCEPTIONS).

SALES TAX

We do not collect any Sales Tax Except for Arizona (AZ) shipping address. For Arizona shipment appropriate sale tax charges will be added to your merchandise total.
